# PetnPony Price Match Policy

### Price Match Policy

At PetnPony ([www.petnpony.co.uk](http://www.petnpony.co.uk)), we are pleased to offer a price match on products we sell, subject to the following conditions:

-   The competitor's price must be for the identical item, including the same colour and size as the product you are requesting the price match for.
    
-   The competitor’s pricing must be publicly available to all customers via their website. We do not offer price matching on prices available through reward programmes, membership discounts, or promotional incentives such as abandoned cart offers.
    
-   The item must be in stock with the competitor at the time the price match request is made.
    
-   When assessing a price match request, we will consider stock availability, delivery charges, and any other additional fees. We reserve the right to match the total cost the customer would incur (product price plus shipping) rather than the product price alone if PetnPony offers more favourable shipping rates.
    

All price match requests are reviewed individually. PetnPony reserves the right to decline any price match request where matching the competitor’s price would be uneconomical.
