## How to claim

1.  **Buy a new, eligible Wintec saddle**Purchase between 1 November and 10 December 2026 (or while stock lasts).
2.  **Keep your proof of purchase and serial number**Hold on to your Pet n Pony order confirmation or receipt, and find your saddle's serial number.
3.  **Complete the online form at wintec-saddles.com**Submit your claim by **31 December 2026**, entering your saddle serial number and uploading a copy of your proof of purchase.
4.  **Receive your gifts**Once Wintec verifies your application (allow up to four weeks), your birthday gifts are dispatched directly to your nominated address.
