### A Guide to Stock Saddle vs English Saddle Seat Sizes

A stock saddle fits and feels different compared to an English saddle, so the seat sizes cannot be directly compared. However, the following is a rough guide to help you choose the right size:

-   40 cm / 16 inches to 42 cm / 16.5 inches = Small stock saddle
-   42 cm / 16.5 inches to 43 cm / 17 inches = Medium stock saddle
-   43 cm / 17 inches to 44 cm / 17.5 inches = Large stock saddle
-   44 cm / 17.5 inches to 46 cm / 18 inches = Extra large stock saddle
