Built from the same 1800 denier shell and Teflon EcoElite™ coating as the rest of the Ultra range, it's tested waterproof to 2,000mm+ and breathable to 3,000g/m²+, and it carries 220g of polyfill to keep the neck warm rather than merely covered. Touch tape closures attach it directly to a compatible rug, so there's no separate strapping system to learn.
