Borderfest North is a festival to bring all Border Terrier Lovers together and raise money for the Border Terrier welfare too. Clare Barnes, a member of the PetnPony team, went to the Borderfest with her husband and daughter Shona. Here's her account of her amazing time at Borderfest North:
"We went down to Borderfest on Friday 15th of September as the Borderfest was taking place over that weekend. We camped at the Railway Inn in our caravan with our two adorable border terriers: Clover and Moss. On Friday night, there was a meet and greet with lots of wine which was really fun, but not as fun as the days to follow! The Next day was the day of the dog show which had both Border and Non-Border classes attending. Clover actually won the "Minky-Moo" award for being the most prettiest and calmest border terrier of the day, she was very pleased!

We also ran a table from PetnPony and gave out little bundles of samples from brands such as Eukanuba, Royal Canin and James Wellbeloved and discount vouchers from the store and we raised £80 for the Border Terrier Welfare! We had a barbecue and more wine that night with all the other border terrier lovers at the fest.

On Sunday we all headed off to Amble Market for a mooch, it was an excellent outing but then we all met up at Druridge Bay to let them have a good run around and play with the other doggies in sand and the ocean. We took loads of videos and had tons of fun (Check the gallery at the bottom of the blog for all the awesome pictures!). In fact we loved the beach so much we stayed for a couple more days and let the dogs play on the beach some more!"
