PetnPony Gift Card Policy

Effective Date: 16 October 2025

This Gift Card Policy applies to all gift cards issued by PetnPony, including purchased and promotional gift cards. By purchasing, using, or accepting a PetnPony gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. E-Gift Cards

All PetnPony gift cards are issued as E-Gift Cards. No physical card is sent. After purchase or issue, the gift card will be delivered to the recipient’s email address containing a unique code that can be used for redemption online or in-store. Please ensure the email address entered is correct, as PetnPony is not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect address.

2. Validity Period

All PetnPony gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. After this period, the gift card will automatically expire and become inactive. Expired cards cannot be redeemed, reactivated, refunded, or exchanged.

3. How to Use Your Gift Card

  • Gift cards can be redeemed online at petnpony.co.uk or in-store, subject to availability.
  • Gift cards can be used for multiple transactions until the balance reaches zero or the card expires.
  • To check your balance, please contact our customer service team.

4. Promotional Gift Cards & Spend Offers

From time to time, PetnPony may run special promotions (for example, “Spend £100 and receive a £10 Gift Card Free”). The following additional rules apply to these promotional cards:

  • Promotional gift cards are only valid if the qualifying order is kept in full and not returned within our 30-day return policy.
  • If any item from the qualifying order is returned for a refund, PetnPony reserves the right to deactivate the promotional gift card if it has not been used, or deduct the gift card value from the refund if the promotional card has already been redeemed.
  • Promotional gift cards have the same 24-month validity as standard gift cards unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  • Purchases made with a gift card are subject to PetnPony’s standard return policy.
  • If you return an item purchased using a gift card, the refund will be issued back onto a gift card.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards

  • Treat your gift card like cash. PetnPony is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift cards.
  • We are unable to replace or reissue lost or stolen cards unless you can provide sufficient proof of purchase and the card has not been redeemed.

7. Fraud Prevention

PetnPony reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any gift card obtained through fraudulent activity, misuse, or in violation of these terms and conditions. Any balance remaining on a voided card will not be refunded or credited.

8. Other Terms

  • Gift cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Gift cards do not accrue interest, and no change will be given on transactions.
  • PetnPony reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, in line with legal requirements.
